Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for setting up and facilitating training of users on Agility’s CONTROL system, LOGNET, Work Flow
Tools and internal operation procedure (IOP).
Set up certify staff training program and provide an efficiency training which cover all of necessary topics
Prepare, review and update process manuals/user guides periodically or as required.
Manage process performance (KPI), including analysis, reporting and escalation to management.
Continuous monitor and improve the staff & QMP performance
Drive & implement 5S program for health and safety
Responsible for contingency planning from initiation to execution to ensure freight operations are running smoothly.
Identify and develop continuous improvements to enhance user experience and efficiency.
Provide helpdesk support to manage day to day user inquiries and problems/events resolutions.
Support on other related tasks as and when required.

Education and Experience requirements
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in multi-modal freight operations preferably in a Multi National Corporation
environment.

Good command (oral and written) of both Chinese and English language is essential.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
Team player and enjoy working in fast-pace organization.
Capable to work under pressure to meet deadlines when required.
Pro-active, independent and responsible self-starter with strong problem solving skills and multi-tasking
capabilities.
