Home-care Sales Engineer (家庭用氧销售工程师), details as following,
The job holder reports to south healthcare sales manager, locates in Xiamen,
Principal responsibilities
— Develop and acquire new customers to achieve sales and operating profit targets for South China Region.
— 寻找并开发新客户,完成南区销售指标和经营利润指标
— Effective execution of South China region sales strategies - product and services, pricing, brand positioning
— 有效执行南区有关产品和服务、价格、品牌定位的销售策略
— Maintain and manage strong customer relationship with existing customers
— 管理及维护与现有客户良好的合作关系
— Developing new business leads; establishing multi-level relationships with multi stakeholders within target customers to understand their needs with the aim to develop and secure new customers/ accounts.
— 开拓新的销售渠道,与目标客户的利益相关者建立多方面的联系以了解需求并赢取新客户
— Build the Linde brand through successful implementation of various value adding, innovative programme and effective communication.
— 通过价值提升、创新项目和有效沟通的成功执行,树立林德品牌
— Participate in budgetary forecasts and sales volume targets.
— 参与预算及销售目标的制定
— Manage coordination between various internal functions and customers relating to deliveries, ordering issues, customer service, etc) to ensure that a high level of service delivery that exceeds customer expectations. Also, work with relevant internal parties to promptly resolves customer complaints
— 协调内部各职能部门与客户之间涉及到配送、订购、客服等方面的问题,确保超越客户期望的高水平的服务
— 沟通内部相关人员,迅速处理客户投诉
— Work directly with Business Development function to continuously develop new products and services that would deliver longer term growth to the business.
— 协作业务发展部门,不断开发新的产品和服务以助于业务的长远发展
Required qualifications/experience
— 5-8 years Sales experience within Healthcare industry (Medical devices, consumables or facility/ engineering projects)
— 5-8年医疗行业销售经验(医疗器械,耗材或设备/项目工程)
— University degree
— 大学本科或以上学历
— Proficiency in both written English/ fluency in spoken English not important
— 英语读写流利,口语能沟通
— Have drive license C1
— 执有C1驾驶执照
