The key responsibilities include:
1. Responsible for overall HR functions in Foshan, Shanghai, and the new Xiamen project.
2. HR policy development, implementation and documentation
3. Organizational structure planning and development
4. Full compliance with all relevant employment legislation and rules and regulations.
5. Hands on experience on recruitment, C&B and HR policies
6. Take part in some sales and operation projects as HR consultant to provide professional advice.
7. Take care of all administration service as well.
Requirements:
1. BA Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related major preferred.
2. 5-8 years of practical experience in the HR practice of international companies.
3. Good knowledge and experience in all functions of HR practices including recruitment, compensation, training, employee
relations, organizational development and PRC employment law
4. Strong management and leadership skills.
5. Good communication, interpersonal, motivational and coaching skills
6. Excellent command of written and spoken English
7. Competence in job-requisite computer skills.
