Job Duties

· Liaise with Project Manager/Test Manager during the test process.

· Assist in test requirements analysis, strategy and estimation

· Design of reusable test scripts and test data

· Analyze test result and report test status

· Ensure tractability between requirements and test cases

· Participate in defect prevention activities

· Collect and analyze test metrics

· Carry out test execution for complex functions

Candidate Specifications

· Have a good understanding of the test process and testing knowledge.

· Effective communication skills in spoken and written English.

· Good planning skills and quick response for the change

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to work independently, proactively and under pressure against multiple deadlines.

· Be able to work under pressure to complete the project in tight schedule in a cost effective way

· Experienced in message-driven test automation is an advantage.

· Knowledge in Java, Linux shell scripts, Sybase, Oracle and low latency messaging middleware is an advantage.

Ideal Experience (following skills/experiences would be an added advantage)

· Understanding of Foreign Exchange and Money Market/Fixed Income products and life cycle

· Working in a global team with different cultures

· Working in different locations around the globe

· Project Management and Business Analysis experience

· Working in an Agile test model, test driven development, etc.

· Working with Automation and Performance testing tools
