Key Responsibilities

1. Make master production plan for ST based on customer's orders, make sure ST won't be over or lower loaded.

2. Communicate with customers, ensure ST could follow the commitment to produce & ship the goods to customers on time.

3. Balance the conflict of machine running demand & inventory control.

4. Also follow the potential new project schedule with project team.

Person Specifications

1. Supply chain management - factory to customer

2. International experience

3. Fluent English

4. Experience in S&OP, demand planning, machine planning

5. Molding experience is good

6. Knowledge in resin import & good transition.

Leadership Competencies (LC) required:

1. Have over 5 years of experience in PMC management.

2. Good experience in teamwork, know how to push the subordinates to work efficiently.

3. Good communication with customers.

Reporting relationship:

Reports to ST Operation Manager & Operation Director

Supervises:

1 assistant manager, 2 supervisors, 6PC, 2MC

Impact of the position

Search orders to full load ST in low peak season, control inventory at the same time. To arrange the sub-con vendor to reduce the pressure of overload in low utilization
