？ JOB PURPOSE

Organizes and provides a planned and uninterrupted production process. Is responsible for timely delivery of goods at the required quality and quantities. Takes care of an optimal and cost effective use of production facilities and employees.

？ PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Develops, recommends and implements procedures and policies for operational excellence in production.

2. With growth targets in mind, develops proposals for organization and necessary investments in machines, tools and accommodations

3. Responsible for the purchase plan and schedule for timely purchasing of raw materials conform quality requirements

4. Responsible for timely, effective and efficient work preparation

5. Responsible for SHEQ (Safety, Health Environment and Quality assurance) in production

6. Develops production plans and strategies at project level as well as company level.

7. Assures the production plan is followed and targets are held.

8. Develops contingency strategies to keep the schedule in case of unforeseen events threatening delivery dates.

9. Selects, trains, appraises, motivates and disciplines production staff in accordance with personnel policies to optimize the team contribution to IHC.

10. Direct reports: Technical manager, Production manager(s), Quality manager

JOB QULIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor Degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering, Production technology or other related subjects.

2. 8 years or above production related experience, preferably for an international company.

3. Familiar with international production and construction standards (preferably offshore).

4. 5 years or above in Dept. management.

5. 5 years or above in manufacturing industry.

6. Direct work experience in project management capacity

7. Proven experience in strategic planning

8. Proven experience in risk management

9. Proven experience in change management
