Responsibility:
1. R&D experience in:
1-1. pump industry, or hydraulics.
1-2. metering industry,
1-3. Automotive industry
1-4. accurate mechanism instruments industry etc,in which the similar Quality approach or manufacturing technologies.
2. Good project driving abilities, with good interactions with or leading a team from Purchasing, manufacturing & quality people.
3. Good experience in major product improvements project or research projects.
4. FEA or CFD knowledge or experience is the extra advance.
5. Must be good at English to work with overseas.
