Position: Operation Assistant for Mass market
Job Duties:
1.Be in charge of the customer service for a group of customers (based in France, Germany, Italy, US...etc)
2.Follow up operations on a daily basis for the assigned group of customers with a professional, timely and accurate communication
3.Follow up inspection process, control inspection /audit/ PPS control reports;
4. Understand customers' operational processes and be aware of technical procedures
5. Contact customers whenever needed and answer their requests on schedules, planning and relay messages to SgT department internally (technical support, customer service, accounting)
Job Requirement:
Experience
1. At least 2 years solid experience in Garment merchandising at factories2. Candidates with experience in trading company or buying office is plus3. Candidate with experience in handling development steps and production status is a plus4. University graduate
Skills
1. Good knowledge of garments industry (woven and/or knitted)
2. Understand technical file from customer and explain the key points to Inspectors
3. Experienced in communicating with European and or US customers
4. Proficient in written and reading English is must
5. Fluent in oral English or other foreign language is plus
