职位描述

Position Summary
Manage suppliers' supply chain risk
Develop suppliers' supply chain by introducing new component suppliers
Ensure on-time delivery of outsource products with sufficient supply chain lead-time and capacity


Impact of the position
This position is to minimize the supply chain risk for outsourcing products, and ensure on-time delivery of components with proper lead-time and capacity

Relationship
Internal
Interact with internal teams, such as engineering, quality, process engineering, and Asia sourcing teams to ensure the proper selection of supply chain and components
.

External
Manage suppliers' supply chain risk by cooperating with component suppliers to ensure proper component lead-time and capacity

Person Specifications
1. University degree in engineering or related fields
2. 8+ years of working experience in Supply Chain design and development of complex / global supply chains
3. Knowledge in sourcing of mechanical and electronic component, metal, plastic resin and other commodities
4. Experience in development of complex supply chain models and implementation of models in driving business decisions
5. Be able to speak and write English, Mandarin Chinese fluently. Speaking of Cantonese Chinese will be a bonus.
6. Willing to travel frequently to visit factories and suppliers in China and around East Asia
7. Personality of honesty, integrity, cooperative, open-minded and optimistic
8. Have negotiation skills and quantitative analytical skills
