RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Formulates and maintains quality objectives
• Collabrates with other functions to maximize product reliability and minimize costs
• Ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
• Plans, promotes and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
• Investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.
• Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanics or Electronics engineering
• More than 10 years quality management experience.
• Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards
• Familiar with quality system such as ISO-9000/ISO14001 etc.
• Skilled in quality tools such as QC 7 tools, MSA etc, Sixsigma BB is an advantage.
• Familiar with FMEA, PPAP, APQP, PMP/PCP/QCFC, DFM.
• Good understanding of electronic or mechanical components including PCB, Plastics, Metal, IC, LCD, DVD, RCLand Package etc.
• Recruit, develop and motivate team members to build up a strong quality management team
• Good command of English in both speaking and writing
• Willing and able to travel frequently
