V-Search is searching supply chain director/manager for clients which are multinational companies including manufacturing organizationa, regional offices & rereach and development centers in Shenzhen, Dongguan and Guangzhou.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the supply chain team including sourcing, purchasing, customer service, planning and logistics functions to achieve the targets and goals
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and systems
• Continuously to review and improve the supply chain processes
• Support the company to achieve the targets including customer satisfaction, OTD, quality, cost and etc.
• Develop and maintain a competent supply chain team with high morale

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor degree or above in supply chain management, master degree preferred
• More than 10 years supply chain or materials management experience in multinational companies, years exposure to manufacturing is a must
• Strategic thinking as well as solid hands on experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and logical mind
• Candidates with global or Asian working experience preferred
• Fluent English
• SAP or ORACLE literate
• Candidates with solid planning experience including supply planning and production planning is an advantage
• Frequent travel is required
