Job description
- Work with plant GM to analyze plant organization structure and human resource plan
- To draft organization chart breakdown base on manpower analysis
- To recruit people on time to satisfy organization development need
- To draft HR & ADM policies and procedures fully compliance to law and regulations
- To monitor compliance/EHS policies and procedures to make sure fully compliance to government and customers' request
- Monitor company policies and procedures implementation and organize 2nd and 3rd parties audit about labor law and customer policies
- Communicate with local government bureau officers on behalf of company
- Daily operate HR & ADM system, as well as compliance/EHS system
Requirements:
- College degree or above
- Well trained in HR & ADM management, as well as Compliance/EHS management, know in depth the methodology and tools
- Very familiar with Chinese labor contract law and relative local regulations
- Prefer experienced in EHS management
- More than 5 years work experience in foreign investment in house manufacturing factory
- At least 3 years recent experience work as HR & ADM manager/supervisor
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Mandarin.
- Able to work in a team under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Interested to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Result orientation & attention to detail, good execution with following up work habit.
- Passion, open to learn and good team organizer
