新产品导入项目经理/New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager（500 Fortune US Company）

Job Responsibilities:

1. Organize extend team to conduct new product early mechanical build to detect issue earlier for maturity product and evaluate process capabilities to support new product;
2. Play the key role in the organization and Product Development;
3. Provide high level of leadership in industrialization and development process in order to achieve cost effectiveness and ensure supply of high quality products on time to market;
4. Do project management for NPI project, including forecast and control NPI project budget, make NPI project schedule and ensure project on track, lead project to reach targets specified by main project;
5. Supervise the production test development to carry out the tasks;
6. Develop strong team relations with R&D, supply chain, quality and Manufacturing functions;
7. Lead quality improvements by eliminating sources of defects in the design, new product introduction, and end to end manufacturing process from sub tier supplier to factory;
8. Work with function leader for initiative definition and implementation in support of organizational, functional, and product goals;
9. Be responsible for team budget planning;
10. Be responsible for team development and review team member performance;
11. Drive the supply chain setup and maintenance for products developed by R&D center.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above with major in Electronics Mechanic Automatic or related;
2. At least 5 years working experiences in both of Electronics and Mechanical Assembly;
3. Project management experience is highly preferred;
4. Strong leadership and communication skill;
5. Familiar with management;
6. Good communication skills in both written and spoken English;
7. Familiar with computer application;
8. Positive attitude.
