Job responsibility:

ROUTINES
Set Care Instructions.
Perform risk assessment at hand over stage, if not handled by QAC.
Perform internal lab tests using our methods and tools. Aim for our tests to meet H&M requirements.
Initiate & follow up external lab tests.
Check all children and baby samples acc. to our children & baby safety requirements.
Use OFS for all registration and follow up of tests.
Keep the lab equipment in good condition.

COOPERATION WITH OTHER TEAMS
Support Merchandiser team to solve quality problems which might occur during order follow up.
Inform all office in case there are changes in H&M Quality Standards & Requirements.
Cooperate closely within the team with chemist and the colour technician.

COOPERATION WITH SEBO QUALITY DEPARTMENT AND OTHER PO’S
Keep a close cooperation with SEBO Quality Department and update them on local projects/possible new ways to solve/avoid previous problems.
Inform SEBO Quality Department when new staff members are joining.
Keep close contact with other PO labs in order to share experience and learn from each other.

COOPERATION WITH H&M SUPPLIERS
Inform suppliers on how to comply with H&M Quality Standards & Requirements in the best way.
Evaluate the suppliers and give material/feedback to QAM/PM/seniors/Merch and the suppliers.
Follow up on approved supplier labs and make audits.

Job requirments:
A) Education Graduate from textile or technical high school, preferably chemistry dept. or chemistry engineering dept. of university.
B) Work experience Preferably experience in textile lab, dye house, print house, dye stuff company or similar position in supplier or representative office. Color technicians must have a superior color vision. (should have a score of max 16. Fornworth in munsell 100 hue color test.)
