POSITION TITLE: Occupational Health Doctor

REPORT TO : HR manager

DEPARTMENT: HR

LOCATION: Guangzhou, Huangpu

SUMMARY:

This job is responsible for medical management regarding to local policy and global policy. Ensure to provide a health and safe work environment to employee.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage the factory infirmary.

• Create and implement the factory clinic management rules and regulations.
• Register ,save and control the treatment cases

2. Manage employees’ health and safety

• Responsible for staff on-boarding health check, annual on job health check and exit health check
• Maintain and improve health record management system
• Provide health advise and suggestion to employee
• Take action to improve the health environment and prevent incidence of occupational disease according to the annual health check
• Responsible for training and guiding staff about the epidemic prevention
• Follow –up treatment and the work related injury evaluation of injury case
• Sick leave management
• Coordinate emergency medical assistance and training about it

3. Support HR projects

EDUCATION & / OR EXPERIENCE :

1. Bachelor’s degree or above( clinical medicine or preventive medicine)

2. Good knowledge in mandatory procedures and requirements. Excellent knowledge of related standards.

3. Good communication skills & negotiation skills

4. Minimum 1-2 years experiences in hygiene or occupation health

5. Be good at reading and writing English, simple English communication

6. Good Computer skills
