职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
1.Source, evaluate and qualify suppliers to meet quality, delivery and pricing objectives.
2.Negotiate pricing, delivery arrangements, credit terms, discounts with suppliers and track suppliers’ performance to commitment.
3.Follow up with suppliers and freight forwarding agents to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
4.Maintain proper and accurate records of all transactions relating to purchasing, delivery, goods receipts and returns.
5.Communicate any known or anticipated delivery delays to the requestor on an timely basis and consider and recommend alternatives to mitigate delays which may have an impact on the delivery to customers.
6.Investigate and resolve price, quantity and item discrepancies with suppliers.
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in an electronic environment.
2. Ability to work independently and proactively in following through with suppliers and freight forwarding agents to minimize delays in deliveries.
3. Good communication, negotiation skill and cost saving consciousness
4. Effective written and oral communication skills and bilingual in English and Mandarin.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
主要职责:
1.对供应商进行评估和资格鉴定,以达到质量、供货和价格要求。
2.就价格、交货安排、信贷条件与供应商进行商讨,并跟进供应商达到所需标准。
3.跟进供应商和货运代理商,以确保及时和准确的交货。

5.对任何已知的或预期会对向客户交付产生影响的交付拖延,要考虑和选择并及时提出建议,以减轻拖延。
6.调查和解决价格、数量上与供应商产生的差异。
任职要求:
1.5年以上在电子生产领域的相关工作经验。
2.独立工作能力并善于与供应商和货运代理打交道,以尽量减少延误交货。
3.良好的沟通谈判能力及成本节约的良好意识
4.在英语和汉语方面,有书面和口头上有较好的交流能力。
5. 能熟练应用Word, Excel, Outlook等办公软件
