Key Responsibilities:

1. according to the company's operating plan, responsible for the company's production, quality, plan material control department's total management work, to plan as a whole the affairs of factory management and coordination, build and train factory team;

2. is responsible for the safety management, the factory plane and hardware equipment planning and management;

3. is responsible for the production, quality, material control process planning, made and continuous improvement;

4. participation in the company product strategy formulation and guide, assist the new project, the new product special implementation;

5. ensure production, quality, consumption, cost, the sales target, capital control a budget target.
6.competent production, quality, plan and material control department operation and performance evaluation, assist hr enact and perfect factory workers compensation system.

Qualifications:

1. 8+years factory factory director or production manager working experience, familiar with production, quality, material control management process and factory construction experience is a plus.

2. excellent team organizing ability and cultivate the ability of subordinate.

3. love a challenge, have very strong hardship and professional spirit, may with company's business development.

4. excellent executive power.

5. Good command of written & oral English.

岗位职责:

1、依公司营运计划，负责公司生产、质量、计划物控部的全面管理工作，统筹工厂各项事务的管理与协调，组建和培养工厂团队；

2、负责工厂安全管理，工厂平面及硬件设施设备的规划与管理；

3、负责工厂生产、品质、物控流程的规划、拟定及持续改善；

4、参与公司产品战略的制定及导向，协助新项目、新产品的专项实施；

5、确保产、质、耗、成本、销售目标、资金控制达成预算目标。

6、主管生产、质量、计划物控部等业务工作及绩效考评，协助人事部制定并完善工厂员工薪酬体系。

任职要求:

1.至少八年以上工厂厂长或生产部经理工作经验，熟悉生产、品质、物控管理流程，有工厂筹建经验尤佳；

2.具备优秀的团队组建能力及培育下属的能力；

3.热爱挑战，有很强的吃苦和敬业精神，愿与公司一同创业发展；

4.具备优秀的执行力；

5.精通英语,听说读写能力强。

本公司是意大利独资企业，位于东莞大朗镇沙步村，莞樟公路旁，交通便利。建厂五年时间，现有员工50人。主营产品是厨房电器和安防产品。产品全部出口。因扩大生产，急需聘请能适应本厂工作方式的人员加入，所有应聘者均包食宿，五天半工作制。
