Requirements:
1, have more than one year actual online or e-commerce sites operation experience;
2, familiar with clean out treasure every software use, and to master clean out treasure all marketing methods and skills;
3, familiar with all kinds of rules, fully understand the taobao operation, can handle various flexible use of a problem;
4, familiar with taobao shop operation and promotion platform and mode, independently complete the selected product, promotion, sales of a complete set of sales process
5, good communication and coordination ability, business sense of responsibility, team work spirit, can work under great pressure.

岗位职责：

1.负责处理公司网上销售产品信息、产品上架及客户管理；

2.上架商品的图片编辑、美化、描述等；

3.熟练各种产品的主要优点及卖点，熟练解答客户疑问；

4.有效订单的处理及物流跟进，做好售后的回访，妥善处理客户的各类投诉，提供良好的客户服务，保证客户满意；

5.负责淘宝网销售市场的开拓。

任职要求：

1．具有一年以上网店或电子商务网站操作经验；

2．熟悉淘宝各个软件使用，并能熟练掌握淘宝各种推广方法和技巧；

3．熟悉透彻了解淘宝各种规则、操作，能灵活运用处理各种突发问题；

4．熟悉淘宝等网店平台操作及推广模式，能独立完成选品、推广、销售整套销售流程；

5．优秀的商务沟通及协调能力、责任心强，具有团队合作精神，能承受较大工作压力。

本公司是意大利独资企业，位于东莞大朗镇沙步村，莞樟公路旁，交通便利。建厂五年时间，现有员工50人。主营产品是厨房电器和安防产品。产品全部出口。因扩大生产，急需聘请能适应本厂工作方式的人员加入，所有应聘者均包食宿，五天半工作制。
