Description
? Lead development of yearly business plan and annual sales and marketing plan for Guangdong, for sales via distributors
? Deliver annual business plan results from distributor sales against agreed KPIs for South of Foodservice business.
? Develop a distributor strategy that is consistent with target channels and geographies, and ensure its consistent execution at regional level
? Lead area development of distributor-based channel strategy for China Foodservice
? Develop and maintain strong relations with key customers and distributor partners.
? Lead demand creation activities through the development and execution of effective promotional and technical support programmes
? Lead sales staff training and development for regional sales team, building a high-performing culture
? Ensure staff have the necessary tools (product/financial) to meet their plan targets
? Lead innovation execution (sales) for the region
Qualifications
? Bachelor degree, majored in Food, Marketing, Commerce or other related majors;
? At least 6 years’ experience in FMCG related senior sales, channel or business management role, preferably B2B
? Further 3 years minimum accounts sales experience
