Position description
1、MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES

(1) Project Planning
1、Prepare Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for secured projects.

2、 Issue and update projects schedule

3、Update consolidated projects schedule

4、Collect, issue and update project’s requirements for secured projects

5、Project Coordination

6、 Liaise between the concerned departments to expedite the ongoing projects

7、 Follow up status on projects progress

8、Liaise with purchasing to control sub-contractor performance

9、 Update and report project progress on weekly and monthly basis

10 Post evaluation of completed projects

（2）Documentation

1、 Prepare bidding documents

2、 Prepare documents for contract review and record

3、 Prepare project submission file

4、Prepare and update project datasheet

5、 Prepare and update the quality system related documents such as procedures, work instruction, customer specific requirements

2.REQUIREMENTS

2.1 MUST HAVE

1、 Degree in Business Administrations, Management or Engineer

2、 Minimum 3 years working experience in project management functions

3、Good command of English and Mandarin

4、Knowledge in ISO/TS16949

5、Years working experience in manufacturing environment

6、Strong in negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills

7、High integrity and good moral

8、Good computer skills MS office (Word, Excel, Power point), MS Project Planning and Adobe (modified)

2.2 GOOD TO HAVE

1、Ability to communicate in German

2、 Work experience in ERP system

3、 Knowledge in supply chain management and logistics
