For our factory in Tangxia, Dongguan City (China) we are looking for:

Production Manager

Job Purpose:
-Managing Composites Automotive production
-Ensuring smooth production processes and maximum flexibility in consideration of cost, schedule and quality criteria.
-Continuous improvement - especially from an economic point of view - the manufacturing processes, the processes along the entire value chain for the quality and timely execution of orders.
-Implementation of optimization measures and best practices for process improvement
-Monitoring and control of production-related indicators.
-Investment planning and participation in investment decisions in consultation with the Executive.
-Management, motivation and development of subordinates
-Implement and improve 6S in the Production

Job duties:
-Production output
-Delivery on time
-Cost Control according to BOM and Take Time
-Meet Budget Targets
-Launch of the new model





Skills/Qualification:
-Experience in Leading Production with strong leadership skill.
-Understand manufacturing principles and standard in the Automotive Business
-Knowledge in ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001
-Understand quality control and quality assurance principles, tools and techniques
-Knowledge about Lean Management
-Have knowledge of international standard
-Computer Skills about MS and ERP
-Composites Know How
-CNC Know how
-Painting Know how
-Team Player and Team builder
-Good command of English
-Good command in Chinese
