For our factory in Tangxia, Dongguan City (China) we are looking for:

Project Manager for German Customers
Job Purpose:
- Technical support for the acquisition Teams / sales
- Management of the technical project team, working with the Key Account Management and coordination interface for production
- First-Face-to-the-customer (OEM, Tier 1) in all technical matters
- Proactive advancing and performing adaptation and new developments
- Product support during series production
- Responsible for the PPAP Process
- Management, motivation and development of subordinates
- Target: Projects on time with in the approved Budget

Job duties:
- Technical, scheduling and cost-related overall responsibility for project
- Planning and documentation of results
- Immediate information to the General Manager if project objectives are not on plan
- Experience securing
- Acceptance from the Customer of the project results (PPAP,SFN) approval



Skills/Qualification:
- Project management training (knowledge of quality techniques (statistics, FMEA, 8D - Reports, APQP, PPAP initial sampling according to VDA 6.1 and ISO TS 16949))
- Understand manufacturing the Supply Chain principles and standard in the Automotive Business
- Experience with standards and guidelines, specific customer requirements
- Knowledge about Project planning software. (MS Project,..)
- Knowledge about Lean Management
- Have knowledge of international standard
- Computer Skills about MS
- Knowledge of costing and cost calculation
- Project management skills
- Sense of responsibility
- Willingness to travel
- High standard appearance
- Preparedness
- Conflict resolution skills
- Accuracy about all Reports
- Good command of English
- Good command in Chinese
- Good command in German
- Strong personality
- Communications talent
- Teamwork
