RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· The SAP Lead Business Analyst will play a leadership role in the project and will be involved in all phases of a life cycle implementation, including blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, configuration, testing, go-live, user training and post production support. This role will work closely will IT team and users together with the system integrator during implementation and must proactively educate both the IT team and users with specific best practices.

· Work with system integrator during the whole SAP implementation cycle to ensure deliverables are delivered timely and accurately based on requirements.

· Meet with users to understand and define business requirements in sufficient detail for system integrator to follow. Document the requirements with process maps and input and output specifications.

· Document and design the required functionality, and the technical requirements of interfaces to other systems. Develop and maintain mapping documents which define requirements for legacy system data to be loaded into SAP. Verify extracted data is correctly loaded into SAP and consistent with the intended mapping.

· Create test scenarios, perform systems testing and integration testing to ensure quality, functionality, and performance

· Possess complete knowledge of the SAP Change Control System and Change Control Methodology.

· Create/update end user documentation and training documentation.

· Provide training on SAP business processes for end users and IT Team

· Serve as a Project Coordinator when required, providing coordination of resources; developing project plans, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of work performed by the project team.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics, or related field preferred

· 5+ years of business analyst related experience on SAP Business Process

· 5+ years experience in design and configuration in SAP FICO, MM, SD, GTM and GTS

· Two full cycles of an SAP implementation and production support preferred.

· Minimum 3 years experience in SAP ECC 6.0 or higher.

· Experience with SAP BW (Business Warehouse) is a plus.

· Functional experience in the financial operations is preferred.

· Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data modeling.

· Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.

· Proven experience in the operation and analysis of database hardware, software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies and applications.

· Ability to create systematic and manual operations procedures in both technical and user-friendly language.

· Demonstrated project management skills.

· Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

· Highly self motivated and directed.

· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Strong skills in data administration, design and architecture

· Good leadership to provide guidance to less experienced personnel

· Ability to work in a team environment
