职位描述
Responsibilities,
Customer Service
· Single point of contact for all car fleet related queries including escalation point between Users & Fleet Service Provider;
· Monitor Customer Satisfaction;
· Issue Resolution;
· Contribute to Monthly/Quarterly Fleet Review’s.
Supplier Management
· Contribute to Vendor management including conducting quarterly & annual reviews, monitor & manage agreed KPIs; Ensure they meet the expectations as set out in the CarFleet Contract;
· Report Vendor Scorecard quarterly to Stakeholders.
Compliance
· Contribute to completion of internal Controlled Self Assessment for CarFleet as required by client;
· Ensure all CLIENT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Policies are adhered;
· Co-ordination & processing of tax reporting/requirements;
· Contribute and provide guidance to Stakeholders of potential risk;
· Educate User’s to reinforce Policy and SOP compliance.
Operations
· Manage all daily car fleet operations in accordance with SOPs;
· Contribute to ensuring Fleet utilisation is optimised;
· Manage car replacement schedule; reallocate or order new cars, co-ordinate handover with the User’s & car fleet vendor in line with SOPs; ensure transitioning User’s are educated on Policy – work with CLIENT Stakeholders;
· Contribute to Vehicle choice list compilation – work with CLIENT Stakeholders;
· Manage all carfleet information in line with CLIENT Policy and SOPs;
Financials
· Manage & process Vendor Payments in line with CLIENT SOPs;
· Monitor monthly/quarterly spend against budget & report to CLIENT Finance Stakeholders;
· Contribute to providing necessary data for Annual Budget Setting exercise to CLIENT Finance Stakeholders as required;
· Execute CLIENT SOPs to manage CLIENT carfleet tax requirements;
· Contribute & execute savings strategy;
· Prepare & supply relevant data for year-end accruals in line with CLIENT Policy;
· When required, investigate & resolve any payment/ invoicing queries;
