岗位职责：
1、对公司制度、政策在直营店以及加盟店的传达、执行、监督负责；

2、负责对市场的营销活动和售前中后服务提出指导性意见和改进方案；

3、 负责店铺陈列管理的协助，新店开业的全程协助，日常培训工作的协助；

4、监督店铺促销活动的执行及促销结果的反馈工作；

5、确保各店递交的各项报表的准确性，并提交诊断报告；

6、协助直营店及加盟商调查市场并编写调查报告；

岗位要求：
1、中专以上学历、两年以上女装时装商场督导或店长管理经验；

2、有面对压力的信心和勇气，敢于挑战高薪；

3、较好的职业形象，良好的服务意识，沟通能力强，有团队合作精神；

4、对服装销售有独到的见解，具备一定的市场培训及女装时装店铺陈列经验，适应出差。

待遇：
1.基本薪资+绩效薪资+业绩提成。

2.免费提供每日两餐（中餐、晚餐），两荤一素一汤。

3.免费住宿：2人/间。
