工作职责：
1. 以降低成本为目标导向，审核整个生产系统并减少制造过程中的产品成本。设计一体化流程，寻找更低成本零件更换，简化制造工艺流程和减低采购成本。
2. 管理和分析所有成本控制项目。
3. 和各个部门进行沟通，包括设计，工程，采购及供应商等，实行成本削减计划以降低生产成本。
4. 维护物料成本和工艺制作成本信息。包括对物料预期变化的预测，目前最优成本方案及可降低成本空间发掘。


工作内容：
从内部部门和外部（供应商）收集成本控制方案，过滤和分类的所有输入的信息。
建立和维护的所有成本控制项目和相关信息的数据库，从开始到结束跟踪整个过程。
执行成本控制项目的成本分析。
准备和编写关于市场条件，经济的影响和其他关键成本驱动的材料和工艺成本数据的月度报告 。包括在当前和预期的产品相关的特定材料的材料消耗的成本报告。
与美国总部其他部门有效地协作，确保提供给项目经理和产品经理最新的成本信息，成功提高对目标成本的控制。
研究现有产品，确定可降低成本的产品，并提供方案。
主动寻找新材料，新技术和新工艺以达到改善对成本的控制。

要求：
学士学位，硕士优先。
至少7年的资深制造成本管理经验，项目的方向和管理，工程设计团队互动。
具有出色的成本分析，制造成本和会计，和产品开发所需的支持等方面的知识技能。
具有成本降低项目管理的直接经验。
从事过电子消费产品工作经验者优先考虑。
具有强大的数字思维和分析的头脑；主动解决问题和注意细节。
精通Excel，Word和Access 。
诚实，做事有条理，有团队合作精神，结果导向。
良好的跨部门沟通技巧。
流利（口语和书写）英语沟通能力和精通汉语。


Cost Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
Based on cost reduction targets, System wide review to reduce the product costs in the manufacturing process; lower cost component replacement, design integration, fabrication process simplification, or lower cost sourcing).
Manage and analyze all cost savings Projects
This person will interface with the design, engineering, sourcing and vendors to work the cost reduction initiatives and lower costs.
Maintain material and processes costing information to include forecasts of expected changes, current best practices and areas of opportunity for cost reductions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Filter and categorize all the inputs of cost saving idea from internal departments and external (suppliers).
Set up and maintain the database of all cost reduction projects and relevant information, track the entire process from start to finish.
Perform cost analysis of cost reduction projects.
Prepare monthly report on market conditions, economic influences and other key cost drivers of material and processes costs. This will include specific materials cost reports related to materials consumed in current and expected products.

Work effectively with other departments in the US to insure most up to date cost information is available to Project managers and category managers to improve target costing success.
Research and determine areas on existing products where cost can be reduced.
Take initiative of searching any new materials, new technique and new process of cost saving.


REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree, Master is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years experience in Senior manufacturing cost management, project direction and leadership, and design engineering team interaction.

Excellent knowledge of cost analysis, manufacturing costing and accounting, and product development support required.
Knowledge and direct experience with cost reduction project management.
Experience in consumer electronics preferred.
Strong numerical and analytic mind; Proactive problem solving and attention to details.
Good command of Excel, Word and Access.
Honest, well-organized, result-oriented.
Excellent cross functional communication skills.
Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
