职位描述
工作目的Main Purpose of the job:
a.支持UAP的日常生产，对IMP（In Mould Pigmentation，双色搪塑）所有工艺及设备、模具、工装、工艺参数等进行系统的管理和维护。Support regular production of UAP, take charge of all the process, equipment, tooling, tools and parameters in IMP line.
b.分析IMP出现的工艺、质量、设备问题, 并得出解决方案。Analysis process, quality and maintenance problems of IMP line and provide solution.
c.致力于生产现场的持续改进，使用PSE的方法不断提高仪表板生产线的生产效率和稳定性，降低生产成本。Dedicate in the continue improvement in workshop; keep improving the production efficiency and stabilization of production line, with the tools of PSE.
d.支持IMP相关设备和生产材料的国产化过程。Support the localization of equipment and raw material.
e.支持新项目中IMP工艺、质量文件的制定、设备工装的验收，支持维修部门对设备的保养和维修。Support the creation of process and quality documents, the acceptance of Slush line and Skin weakening equipments, support the maintenance and repairing for maintenance department.
主要工作Main missions:
1. 支持UAP的正常生产 Support the regular production of UAP
a.负责为IMP所有设备、工装、模具制定标准化作业内容及过程参数。Take charge of creating Standardized Work and Process Parameters for all the equipment, tooling and tool of IMP line.
b.用PSE的方法支持UAP生产线的生产效率分析及推进现场持续改进。 Support UAP for production efficiency analysis and push the workshop continue improvement with PSE rules.
c.监控和维护IMP所有设备、工装、模具的正常运转，为生产线出现的工艺及设备问题提供全程的技术支持并提供解决方案。Monitor the regular running of all the IMP equipments, tooling and tools, provide technical support and solution for process and equipment problem of production line.
2. 支持生产现场持续改进 Support workshop continue improvement
a.致力于生产效率的提高，持续改进设备利用率。Dedicate in production efficiency improvement, continue improving Non-TRS.
b.不断完善IMP的生产工艺，推进生产报废率的降低。Continue improving process parameter, continue decreasing scrap rate.
c.配合维修部门，监控TPM指标，不断降低生产线设备的平均停机时间和平均维修时间。Work with maintenance department, monitoring TPM indicators, keeps improving MTBF and MTTR.
d.持续改进标准化操作和工艺过程，减少生产过程中的浪费。Continue improving standardized work and process flow, decreasing the waste during production.
e.定期进行IMP的物料流和信息流分析，不断改善生产线的Lead Time。Make regular analysis for material and information flow of IMP, continue improve the lead time of production line.
3. 支持新项目的投产 Support the Launching of new programs
a.支持项目前期对现有生产线的数据采集和分析。Support the data collection and analysis of existing production line for the new programs.
b.支持或负责制定新项目中设备、模具和工装的技术规范，以及负责设备到厂后的调试和验收。Support or lead the creating of technical specification for equipment, tooling and tools of new program. And take charge of the equipment adjustment and acceptance.
c.负责新项目生产线的物料信息流规划以及后期的优化。Design and optimize production line material and information flow.
d.支持或负责新项目生产和物流区域的布局规划。Support or in charge of designing new program production and logistic area layout.
e.支持项目阶段工艺、质量问题的解决。Support the analysis and provide solution for process or quality problems during program phase.
4. 支持质量问题的解决
a.为解决生产部门、质量部门以及顾客提出的产品质量问题提供技术支持。Provide technical support for solving quality problems comes from UAP, Quality or Customers.

任职资格：
1、学历：本科及以上
2、专业：不限
3、工作经验：2年及以上工作经验，熟悉工业机器人（Fanuc，ABB，Staubli等）及喷涂工艺。
a.支持UAP的日常生产，对IMP（In Mould Pigmentation，双色搪塑）所有工艺及设备、模具、工装、工艺参数等进行系统的管理和维护。Support regular production of UAP, take charge of all the process, equipment, tooling, tools and parameters in IMP line.

2. 支持生产现场持续改进 Support workshop continue improvement
a.致力于生产效率的提高，持续改进设备利用率。Dedicate in production efficiency improvement, continue improving Non-TRS.
