主要工作目的Main Purpose of the job:
确保成品按质按量及需求送到客户的供应流程
Ensure the management flow form supplying to delivering finished products to the customer, on respect the quality and the time requirements, physically and administratively.
主要工作Main missions:
1、组织Organization
a 物流主管的直接主管Line manager of logistic supervisor.
2、质量、成本、发货、人员绩效QCDP Performance
a 物流 – 计划、组织和管理与物料链和物流链全面管理相关的活动，包括物料的获得、仓库和原材料发放，在制品和成品。发展和改进公司的物流控制系统，确保物料和产品的供应,保证物料可追溯性纪录。指导收货、存货和运输的实施。维护系统内的产品结构和物料的主要参数，保证其与工程的一致性
Logistic -- Plans, organizes and administrates activities associated with overall material/logistics flow management , including material procurement, warehousing and distributing of raw materials, goods-in-process, and finished goods. Develops and improves company logistics control system to ensure material and product supply and material traceability record. Directs receiving, inventory, and shipping operations.Maintain the parts structure and material parameter in the SAP system and make sure the consistency with EBOM.
b 物料计划和控制 — 发展和监控所有物料计划和控制方面的政策的实施。定义和发行物料计划和控制方面的指导书。审阅物料控制报告，与生产部和其他相关部门沟通。对改进物料库存方面进行建议
MPC (Material Planning & Control) -- Develops and monitors the implementation of all policies and practices with regard to material planning and control. Defines and issues instructions in terms of material planning and control. Reviews material controlling reports, communicates with production department and other relevant departments, and makes recommendations to general management on the improvement of material stocking
c 进出口— 计划、组织和管理与进出口相关的活动，发展这方面的政策和程序，以确保所有的货品遵守相关法律法规。在进出口业务、相关行动和谈判中提供建议、指导和帮助
Import/Export -- Plans, organizes and administrates activities associated with all the activities of import and export including the development of policies and procedures to ensure the successful, on-schedule merchandises in compliance with relevant regulations. Provides advice, direction and aid in import/export assignments, related interactions and negotiations
d 仓库-- 计划、组织和管理仓库活动。在进料、出料、物料运输、物料处理、物料储藏、物料部署和仓库库存控制等方面建立操作程序。确保仓库的物理条件和设备条件
Warehouse -- Plans, organizes and administrates activities associated with warehousing activities for the
company by establishing operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, storage and disposition of materials and warehouse inventory control. Ensures physical condition of warehouse and equipment
e 发货—计划、组织和管理产品发送的活动。负责计划和协调发货活动，并负责协助选择物流供应商和管理物流供应商。例如：订单处理和交通等，以确保畅通和及时的向客户供货
Distribution -- Plans, organizes and administrates activities associated with product distribution. Responsible for planning and coordinating distribution activities such as order processing and transportation in order to ensure smooth and timely customer delivery. Meanwhile, responsible for assistant to select logistic vendors and managing the logistic vendors as well
f 支持项目运行Support Program Operation
负责新项目的物流供应链规划、实施和持续改进
Responsible for supply chain design, implementation and continuous improvement
负责新项目外部物料信息流分析，绘制外部物料信息流图，并持续改进
Responsible for external MIFA, make and updated MIFD ,follow up and improvement
主导制定外购件及自制件的包装方案
Confirmation for packaging of BOP and process parts
配合项目组，支持新项目在工厂的投产
Assist program team to launch new program in plant
g 现场控制――保证现场的PSE规则符合FES要求，如标准化作业、看板拉动、5S、超市化取货、可视化控制、FIFO、小包装等
Workplace control –Ensure workplace’s PSE rules consists with FES, ex. SW, KANBAN, 5S, Supermarket, Visual control, FIFO, Small packaging and so on
h 控制库存绩效满足公司指标 Control inventory level to meet plant target

任职资格：
工作年限：5年及以上工作经验
学历：本科及以上
专业：物流管理相关专业
英语要求：6级或者口语流利
