职位描述

岗位名称Job Title:维修主管 Maintenance Supervisor
直属上级 Line Manager: 技术部经理 ME Manager

主要工作目的Main Purpose of the job:
管理维修小组Manage maintenance team
通过组织实施预防性和纠正性维修,从而确保技术设备设施(包括生产设备设施和公司环境设备设施等所
有工厂装备,不含IT设备)的最佳运转状态
Keep all equipments and facilities in plant function normally by implementing the preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance (IT equipments are not included)

主要工作Main missions:
在执行佛吉亚卓越体系的框架下,其主要职责有:
Within the framework of FES implementation, the supervisor 's responsibilities are:

组织Organization
1、所有班次所有维修人员的直属主管
Line manager of maintenance technician (all shifts)

绩效Performance
1、确保所有维修方面的绩效指标达到期望的要求Make sure all maintenance indicators reflect expectations
2、和部门经理一起确定维修GAP的目标(现状VS改进):如停机、缺勤、事故数、合理化建议……
3、Define, together with the department manager, targets for the GAPs (improvement versus actual situation): downtime, absenteeism, number of accidents, improvement ideas…
4、问题反应:发现问题、采取纠正措施、寻求支持、采取纠正和预防行动React in case of a problem: take care of immediate containment, call support functions, build corrective action plans
5、必要时顶岗Replace maintenance technician when necessary

人员管理People Management
1、日常管理工作Assure daily management
一半的时间在现场:与小组成员一道,完成日常维修/维护工作50% time presence on the Shop floor: daily contact with all team members, close management of the maintenance
管理小组成员:安排每天的人员工作,安排年度、月度和周计划 Manage headcount: plan the day before people allocation for the next day, plan also on a weekly basis
教导小组成员如何完成本职工作Coach team members in how to perform their role
协助解决问题Support and help to fix problems
确保纪律,严格要求(工作服、作息时间……)Ensure discipline and rigor (work wear, break times, working hours…)
保证遵守安全指导,按照安全程序作业Ensure the respect of safety instructions, policies and procedures
2、团队建设Development of the team
参与招聘和选择Participate to selection and recruitment of staff
培训和教导Build training plan and ensure training and coaching of team members
和直属经理一起对小组成员进行年度考核
通过培训和工作调整,有计划地培养人才适应更高的岗位要求Manage, with line manager, annual performance interviews for all team members Plan development of the people (validation and support from line manager and Human Resources Manager when appropriate): training, job evolution
确保个人绩效得到承认和畅通的信息渠道Ensure recognition upon individual performance and proper flow of information

维修指导书、计划及其执行Maintenance instructions, planning and execution
1、制定相关维修程序Make relative maintenance procedure
2、制定并维护预防性维修计划,并督促实施Setup and update the maintenance planning and ensure the implementation
3、推动及时进行维修记录Drive record the maintenance timely

维修统计分析和改进Maintenance analysis and take action
1、建立和维护生产设备的的TPM管理, 持续改进设备平均无故障运行时间和设备平均维修时间。 Setup and manage TPM for all workshop equipments,continue improving MTBF and MTTR.

健康、安全和环境,工作条件Health, Safety and Environment and working conditions
1、确保小组都能遵守HSE 规定和守则
Ensure, together with maintenance team, full respect of HSE rules and regulations
2、负责维修方面的安全及其风险处理
Responsible for immediate stopping of maintenance work in case of safety risks
3、核心团队成员并推动HSE要求的执行
Lead HSE core teams and drive implementation to follow HSE

团队合作和持续改进Team work and continuous improvement
确保与直线经理和内部客户之间进行及时而透明的交流
Ensure transparent timely communication with line manager and internal customers
坚持采取行动进行持续改进.
Keep taking actions to improve continuously

任职资格Qualifications:
制造行业设备维护及维修管理5年以上工作经验
基本的中英文书面和口语沟通能力 Basic writen and spoken English and Chinese communication skill
对大型设备的机械、电路、气路、PLC控制等部分有全面的了解和维护维修经验No less than 2 years’ experience in automotive industry area, understand automotive manufacturing procedure, familiar with foaming process and equipments.
