Our client, a reputable US FMCG brand, is looking for a high caliber candidate to fill below position for their Guangzhou sales operation: -

GL Accountant (base in Dongguan)

Training Period : 4-6 months training in Tianhe district, Guangzhou

Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible for General Ledger function and monthly closing, ensure accounting record is accurate and effective according to CAS and related taxation regulations.
• Prepare financial report timely and accurately as management and statutory required.
• Check the legality, reasonability of reimbursement documents, ensure the procedure comply with the requirement of internal control.
• Operation expenses analysis, identify expenses variance compare with the budget and send notice to related departments.
• Check the work of Cashier and prepare bank reconciliation.
• Responsible for accounting voucher, financial reports and other accounting documents binding and archiving.
• Other job assigned by financial manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance
• Minimum 5 years financial working experience (GL experience or work in FMCG industry is preferred).
• Professional Accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, AICPA, etc.
• Minimum medium level accountant (CPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent is preferred).
• Knowledge of Kingdee ERP system.
• Proficient skills in Excell and PowerPoint
• Cheerful personality, decisive and good team spirit
• Very good communication and presentation skills including fluency in ENGLISH is a must!
