Responsibilities

To handle the full set of DG Office A/C.

To arrange Finance issues and office licenses with local government and bank under superior’s guidance.

To assist manager on preparing Forecast, Reforecast & Budget.

To re-conciliate DG manual book with Navision T/B for monthly.

To prepare audit schedule for financial year closing.

Fully responsible for the taxation issues include tax filling, tax refund, tax management etc.

Other jobs assigned by supervisor or manager.

Requirements

Diploma or above graduated on Accounting or equivalent.

Min. 5 years in accounting experience in Joint Venture.

With accountant certificate and Medium Level Accountant Certificate.

Knowledge of Navision and SAP systems.

Able to handle full set of Accounting matter, familiar with local finance policies.

Experienced in preparing Forecast, Reforecast & Budget.

Good command of English writing and speaking.

Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.

Accurate in figures.

Good attitudes and open minded.

Working Location: Liaobu Town,Dongguan City (Hansecontrol Dongguan)
