Job responsibility:
Conduct and document quality and social compliance audits in new and existing factories based on the
Hermes OI and / or customers’ requirements
Improve HOI factories’ social compliance and quality performances by following up on Corrective
Action Plans during frequent factory visits, training and support or other appropriate measures
Monitor and control audit deadlines and results to achieve corporate targets
Maintain audit results and follow up actions in IT-systems allegroB and SODA
Communicate audit results to HOI Management, MBU, vendors
Issue compliance related reports to Global Quality Division and HOI Management
Participate in HOI compliance meetings

Job requirements:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in social compliance, factory audits, quality consultancy or
manufacturing productions and operations
Good knowledge in social compliance programs (e.g. BSCI, SA8000) and quality audits (e.g. ISO9000,
ISO14000)
Strong technical background in hardlines
Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
Independent, honest and reliable
Good command of written & spoken English an Putonghua
Frequent travel is required
