Job Responsibilities:

1. Booking management.
2. Booking details verifying/exchanging management.
3. Equipment management/coordination.
4. In charge of assigned accounts.
5. Document preparation.
6. Assist for inquiry and quotation
6. Document management: generate & release in time.
7. Create ocean/air freight manifest.
8. Document collection.
9. Document filing.
10. Payment process for office expense & personal claim.
11. Tax invoice registration.
12. Follow other cases from management if any.

Job Requirements:

1. College +, Logistics/Trade/English relative major
2. Good command of spoken and written English
3. 2 Years + experiences in freight forwarding for Air/Sea/Logistics operation.
4. Good ability of computer literacy and office software
5. International mindset
6. Self Managed & Result Driven
7. Good communication and organization skills
8. Willing to work under pressure
