职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform the sales activity in promoting all products & explore different business development opportunity.
2. Work according to the business development strategy and interact with the product department (seafreight and airfreight) to implement sales strategies.
3. Retain and penetrate designated accounts, as well as proactively identify the respective customer's potential & seasonal opportunities in order to solicit new business covering all lane segments of these accounts.
4. Identify new customers to generate new business covering all lane segments of the account
5. Deliver monthly sales target allocated as budgeted at the beginning of each quarter
6. Ensure all revenue are duly collected from the customer within approved credit term
7. Manage sales pipeline process with available client relationship management tool
8. Prepare weekly reports to update on customer visit and market information
9. Prepare weekly customer visit plan
10. Prepare monthly sales report accounting of all sales concluded with relevant revenue, cost and gross profit for commission verification
11. Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
12. Effectively handover to Customer Service, Operations, Finance, etc. for terms and conditions agreed with customers
13. Actively engage Customer Service into the customer relationship to ensure customers know relevant contact points in case of service failures
Job Requirements:
1.College +
2.Good command of spoken and written English
3.2 Years + experiences in freight forwarding/logistic industry
4.Good ability of computer literacy and office software
5.Outgoing, Results-oriented, Strong communication skills
