塑胶模跟模工程师：
1.模具专业（或机械相关行业）毕业，英语过四级。
2.有2年以上模具设计经验，熟悉模具的各种加工工艺工序。
3.有1年以上塑胶产品跟进经验，熟悉产品结构分析，模具结构分析，产品注塑不良分析。
4.灵活运用Solidwork,AutoCAD,Office等软件。
5.性格开朗大方，为人诚实，善于沟通，服从安排。
