The purposes of this position are:
岗位目的
Directs all operations for infrastructure, environment, health and safety at the industrial site. Plans budget and resources for accomplishing short and long term goals. Manages/guides team for efficient execution of construction projects, maintenance operations and improvement initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance. Acts as a change agent to drive adoption of safety first culture in the organization. Works with other organizational functions including engineering, production, quality etc. to deliver outstanding customer experience. Brings passion and dedication to enable excellence in infrastructure to support larger business needs.

· Plan annual budget and implement actions to meet infrastructure and EHS operating plan
· Establish roadmap for key projects, provide oversight for execution including technical suggestions and deep dive as needed to resolve project issues
· Implement and monitor SLAs with internal and external stakeholders for high performance delivery
· Lead activities to implement key initiatives for fulfilling site/corporate EHS objectives
· Team up with various organizational functions to develop/refine and implement EHS procedures, policies and standards
· Partner with strategic/local suppliers and govt./regulatory authorities to fulfill objectives
· Implement contingency and emergency response plans to ensure business continuity and personnel safety
· Manage and develop team to meet the norm for high performance culture
· Communicate effectively with different levels from junior most to management team the progress in trends towards achieving excellence in infrastructure and EHS performance
· Collaborate with other sites and corporate teams for sharing, learning and benchmarking

Job Requirements & Skills
岗位要求
· Professional qualifications in industrial operations, health and safety
· 10+ years of experience in related field, preferably exposure in multinational company
· People oriented leadership style in a highly cross functional/matrix environment
· Ability to manage multiple high priority projects concurrently
· Strong project management skills with experience in methodologies like six sigma
· Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with effective communication in English language (verbal and written)
