Key Areas of Responsibility：
1. Lead CT quality team to promote product/process/people quality .
2. Maintain strong communication with customers, internal management team to ensure quality level is meeting expectations.
3. Lead team for internal and external product quality issue handling, including SCAR, CAPA.
4. Lead or support the external and internal Audit.
5. Lead the team deploy the Quality philosophy based on FDA QSRs, ISO 13485 and SFDA requirements.
6. Initiate, implement, maintain and enhance proactive quality improvement activities to continuously improve manufacturing quality.
7. Deliver effective coaching to team members
Other tasks assigned by manager.

Job Requirements & Skills
1. Bachelor Degree Or Above, major in Mechanical & Electronic Engineering or Equivalent.
2. 5+ years working experience with 2+ years Quality Engineer Supervisor or Manager experience in Medical Device/ Mechanical manufacturing.
3. Solid knowledge of quality in production.
4. Familiar with medical device standard and regulatory requirement ISO13485, QSR, GMP .
5. Problems solving, familiar with quality tools, such as FMEA, process control plan
6. Fluent English both in writing and speaking
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
8. High morale with excellent work ethic, integrity and attitude.
9. Teamwork orientated, Self-motivated & able to Work Independently.
