Job Description: Mechanical Designer for new business/product development.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Develop new mechanical design to meet customer and internal requirements. Responsible for 3D/2D drawings development.
负责新产品设计开发，满足客户和公司要求。负责产品3D和2D的开发。
2. Product 3D update per DFM/tooling trials to ensure manufacturability.
根据DFM和试模结果进行产品3D、2D的更新，以满足产品量产可行性。
3. Keep abreast of latest developments in technologies, tools and processes. Identify opportunities to use these latest developments to improve the product design。
掌握模具、注塑工艺等在最新发展，以能将之应用于改善产品设计中。
4. Driving innovations on plastic techniques, incl. material, injection and second process, etc.
推动塑胶产品技术的创新，包括材料、注塑和后加工制程等
Skills and Qualifications:
1. University degree in mechanical design or tooling engineering, etc.
机械设计或模具等专业大学本科
2. 5+ years experiences in plastic product design project. Experience in metal product is a plus
5年以上塑胶产品开发经验。有五金产品设计经验优先。
3. Highly organised, with proven ability in the delivery of project needs working within strict time constraints. Would be expected to take a pro-active approach toidentification & mitigation of project risk so as to deliver high quality products, often tochallenging timescales.
做事有条理，有能经证实的项目工作经验，能适应在非常紧张的时间内完成项目设计和变更。能有预见性的在设计开始前进行项目风险预估并予以安排适当的处理措施
4. Familiar with mobile, tablet accessories product will be a plus.
熟悉手机、平板电脑附属产品优先
5. Proficient in using engineering software, like ProE,UG,Catia, Solidwork, etc.
精通工程软件，包括 ProE,UG, Catia, solidwork等
6. Good at problem solving techniques, like FMEA, Cpk study and other statistics analysis tools
熟悉问题分析和处理工具，如FMEA, Cpk分析及其他统计分析工具
7. English reading and writing
具备英文读写能力
8. Good team player and have good interpersonal communication skill.
人际沟通能力强，善于团队合作
