NPI Engineer (soft accessories):
新产品导入工程师（手机/平板软附属产品）
Responsibilities:
工作职责
1.Manage soft mobile/tablet accessory development and production introduction.
负责手机/平板软附属产品开发和生产导入
2.Provide technical support to project management team
为项目管理团队提供技术支持
3.Production capacity assurance and continuous improvement and technical issue troubleshoot.
生产产能保证和持续改善，生产技术问题的分析和处理
4.Driving innovations on product designs and production techniques, incl. material, constructions and production process, etc.
推动产品设计和生产工艺的创新，包括材料、产品结构和生产工艺等
Requirements:
职位要求：
1.Bachelor degree in textile, industrial engineer, etc.
纺织、工业工程等专业大学本科
2.Familiar with PU, leather, textile features and specifications
熟悉PU、皮革、纺织材料特性和规格
3.5+ years experiences in soft mobile, tablet accessories development and production introduction.
5年以上手机、平板电脑软附属产品开发和生产导入经验
4.Expert in using engineering software, like Illustrator, Autocad, etc.
精通工程软件，如Illustrator, Autocad等
5.Good at problem solving techniques, like DFM, FMEA, Cpk study and other statistics analysis tool.
熟悉问题分析和处理工具，如FMEA, Cpk分析及其他统计分析工具
6.Good English reading and writing
英文读写流利
7.Good team player and have good interpersonal communication skill.
人际沟通能力强，善于团队合作
