Synopsis:
Along with EF fast growth in the China market, we are looking for a talent to join us as the school cashier in Hangzhou English center.

The role:
Cashier is responsible for cash flow and report, general finance/account procedures, and administrative support in the center.

You will:
? Cash Management -Money Collection; Depositing Cash Revenue and ensure the safety of the company money; Petty Cash
? 现金管理----收款, 缴存现金收入, 备用金管理
? Reimbursement Management----includes payment request, personal expense report, cash advance, payments of reimbursements and refunds
? 报销的管理----包含填写付款申请，个人报销审核，支付员工报销及退费
? Invoice Management---Issuing Invoices; applying, report the usage
? 发票管理----填制/给予学员发票, 申请,汇总,报告
? Revenue/Refund Assurance
? 收入及退款的确认
? Reporting --- Excel & Sales force & Odin
? 报告的编制
? Contract Administration
? 合同的管理
? School Fixed Assets Management
? 学校固定资产管理
? Inventory Management----Books, Gimmicks
? 存货管理
? Execution of the finance policy in school
? 执行财务部规定的政策
? Training the assigned second shift (cashier) of the school
? 培训代班
? Periodical Finance Trainings and meetings
? 定期财务培训及会议

You have/are:
? College Degree or above
? 大专及以上学历
? Good at using Windows Office Software, e.g. Windows Words, PPT, Excel and etc.
? 熟练操作Windows 办公软件，例如：Windows XP, PPT, Excel 等等
? At least 1 year working experience as cashier in service industry
? 一年或以上服务业出纳/收银员工作经验
? High awareness of responsibility and customer-focus; Good integrity, honest and good communication skill
? 拥有高度责任感和客户服务意识;诚信、诚实、良好沟通技巧
? Eager to learn, energetic, and hard-working under pressure
? 好学，精力充沛，可以在压力下工作
? Finance and accounting knowledge
? 财务会计知识
? Good command of English, Cet-4 or above
? 英文熟练
? Can accept flexible working hours(Have to work on weekend)
? 能接受弹性工作时间（周末需要上班）
? Good appearance
? 容貌端庄
