Synopsis:

As a Course Consultant at EF English Centers, you will Introduce EF’s English training courses and study plan to customers of 18 years above according to their needs. And you will develop a good relationship with customer & achieve sales target.

The role:

The Course Consultant plays a key role in EF schools. You are a professional consultant for our potential customers. You work closely with both Marketing and Operation team, to make sure that we deliver the best service to our students.

You will:

Handle customer information and approach customers properly following company’s instruction

Invite customers to EF center and give professional consultation to introduce EF English courses and study plan according customers’ needs.

Work with SSC department to ensure customers get good study experience. Develop good relationship with customers and get referrals

Edit customer information and sales status in Salesforce timely and correctly

You have/are:

Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent

About 2 years experience in sales, consulting or education line

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Self-motivated; detail oriented; flexible; able to work under pressure

Good English communication skill
