Basic Function：

Production superintendent needs to chat with management in good spoken English.

Production superintendent is overall in charge of production operation. This job needs to ensure the production run with right resources and discipline in order to fulfill management expectations in terms of quality, productivity, delivery, safety and morale.

Duties and Responsibilities:
? Lead a dedicated operation team of 50 - 100.
? Promote and realize the company values and guide the team to achieve the objectives in quality, productivity, delivery and morale in the responsible production area.
? Provide justification of resources necessity such as manpower, machines, overhead and other supports.
? Identify and resolve problems and issues affecting the production.
? Supervise the team to resolve ah-hoc issues of the production area.
? Responsible for driving and delivery of all manufacturing metrics in their area.

Supervision Received:
Production Superintendent reports to Production Manager - Departmental.

Supervision Exercised:
Team members that are assigned to the team are operationally report to the production superintendent.

Qualification:
Graduate from 3 or 4 years engineering and management course in territory school or college.

Experience and Requirement:
? Can read and write in English; can speak English during duty reporting.
? 3 years in production supervision in SMT manufacturing field or similar discipline.
? 2 years supervisory level experience in multi-national company is essential.
? Experience in team working approach and is expected to be proactive team leader.
? Experience in implementation of JIT, lean manufacturing and 5S visual management is a must.
? Capability and technique in root cause analysis and problem resolving task force is a must.
? Familiar with the concepts of lean, waste elimination, poka yoke, Kaizen and process control.
? Experience in providing training and staff performance assessment.
? Good communication and presentation skills.
