Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
2.Over 3 years’ experience driving supplier qualification programs, supplier development and supplier quality problem solving in a production environment.
3.Understand quality system. Qualified auditor for ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO13485 and ISO14001 is a plus.
4.Good oral and written English.
5.Leadership skills, Team-player used to work in multi-cultural teams.
6.Experience in managing cross-functional projects

Responsibilities:
1.Work directly with suppliers to improve overall part quality, including performing audits as required. Promote continuous improvement activities within the supply chain, internal and external.
2.Create a supplier quality culture and take the lead on root causes analysis involving engineering and production for non-conformance issues. Lead and implement internal and external quality methods, tools, processes as it relates to purchased components (Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA etc…).
3.Define process for new supplier qualification and lead program of new supplier qualification. Actively support category manager/buyer in category strategy development, vendor selection, supply market research.
4.Implement and monitor KPI’s for Supplier quality performance management.
5.Develop and drive department projects such as reducing the need for incoming inspection, vendor to stock improvement, compliance to standards, etc.
