Responsibilities:
1.Work directly with suppliers to improve overall part quality. Promote continuous improvement activities at suppliers.
2.Schedule and conduct audits to suppliers. Qualify new suppliers.
3.Monitor supplier quality performance.
4.Drive supplier quality issue root causes analysis.
5.Ensure the implementation of containment actions, corrective and preventative actions at the suppliers. Review action effectiveness.
6.Develop and drive department projects such as reducing the need for incoming inspection, vendor to stock improvement, compliance to standards, etc.


Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
2.Over 3 years’ experience driving supplier qualification programs, supplier development and supplier quality problem solving in a production environment.
3.Understand quality system. Qualified auditor for ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO13485 and ISO14001 is a plus.
4.Good oral and written English.
