Job Duties
1. Provide cooperation and assistance to secondary principal of all kinds of daily work;
2. Assist to draft all kinds of letters, documents and other daily required documents( newsletter, Daily Bulletin and Semester report);
3. Maintain attendance records for the secondary school;
4. Responsible for answering parents' questions;
5. To assist with the student travel insurance;
6. Assist to finish student data of collecting and organizing the archive work;
7. Translation for conference, contracts or other documents;
8. Liaise closely with the head of admissions, IB Coordinators and pastoral coordinators in regards to the smooth transition of new students and families;
9. Carry out other duties as requested by the head of secondary school.

Job Qualification
1. Strong interpersonal, excellent verbal and communication skills;
2. Excellent command of English spelling and grammar, both spoken and written, and the ability to produce work of the highest quality;
3. Good computer skills, including the ability to use various computer applications to complete tasks;
4. Initiative, integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality;
5. Strong time management skills, highly organized, accurate, flexible, creative and innovative;
6. Ability to be flexible and willing to adapt to new and changing situations in technology, staffing and policies;
7. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as a member of a team;
8. Demonstrates a “what can I do to help” spirit and work ethic.
