CTC, expert in Quality Assurance, consultancy and training for the footwear and leather goods industries, is looking for a Safety and Tannery Sales Executive to develop its activity in Southern China.
Job description:
- Based in Dongguan
- Responsible for the development of CTC Groupe’s commercial activity in Guangdong province:
1/ Responsible for the commercial development of CTC Groupe’s offer dedicated to safety companies (safety footwear and safety gloves factories), including:
- Active follow-up and expansion of existing client accounts
- New clients prospection and development - open new markets
- Sales visits to Guangdong province safety footwear and safety gloves factories, suppliers and trading companies to generate more sales turnover
2/ Responsible for the commercial development of CTC Groupe’s offer dedicated to tanneries, including:
- Field commercial action and local offer development to tanneries - cold calls, sales visits
- Identify and qualify major tanneries in Guangdong province and in the Dongguan area
- Set-up a list of top local and international tanneries in China, identify key areas for leather-making in China
- For above 2 sections:
- Collect, analyze and update local market/competition information and report to Management Team
- Represent CTC Groupe and attend different fairs and events in Guangdong province, promote CTC brand and increase CTC’s influence in Guangdong province
Requested background:
- University graduate
- Strong sales-oriented personality, willingness to make new contacts, open markets and close deals
- Experience in the footwear, gloves, tannery or leather-making industry will be considered a plus (3 to 5 years minimum)
- Knowledge of the local Guangdong province footwear, tannery and leather business sectors
- Strong organization skills, ability to work independently, good communication skills, willingness to travel within Guangdong province
- Good English proficiency (oral and written) is a must
- Highly motivated
