Responsibilities
? Support and Maintain Windows 2008R2 and Windows 7 Environments
? Troubleshoot desktop, server and laptop hardware and software issues
? Troubleshoot and maintain Cisco Wireless, firewall, VPN and Wired Network
? Implement Security Best Practices as directed by management.
? Document work effectively, including security and infrastructural issues.
? Administrate Microsoft Active Directory Forest
? Support Factory Data Systems as required, including ERP connectivity.
? Manage the procurement, tracking and lifecycle of all IT Hardware.
? Produce Monthly Report of IT Issues, Improvements and Spending for Management Review.

Minimum Qualifications
? BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Mathematics.
? 3+ Years experience supporting manufacturing facility as an IT Engineer or Help Desk Engineer.
? Ability to communicate in Chinese & English
? Understanding of ITIL Best Practices or Equivalent.

Supplemental Qualifications
? MCSE, A+, Network+, or ITIL Certification
