Responsibilities
1.Support Windows 2008R2 and Windows 7 Environments.
2.Support ERP Database and Front End software issues.
3.Support ERP and Financial Reporting Tools.
4.Implement Security Best Practices as directed by management.
5.Document work effectively,including security and infrastructural issues.
6.Support Factory Data Systems as required,including ERP connectivity.
7.Maintain Microsoft Access Databases.
8.Maintain Microsoft SQL Databases.
9.Strong willingness to participate as a member of a global team.
10.Be part of AgaMatrix Incident Response Team for Disaster Recovery.
11.Transition legacy tools to SQL and IIS Applications.
12.Strong understand of Database Fault Tolerance.
13.24/7 Uptime of Business Systems.
14.Make improvements in software programs to insure supportability.
15.Produce Code Reviews,Software diagrams and Training Documentation.

Minimum Qualifications
1.BS in Computer Science,Computer Engineering or Mathematics or equivalent experience.
2.5+Years Supporting ERP or similar business systems.
3.Ability to communicate in Chinese & English.
4.Understanding of ITIL Best Practices or Equivalent.
5.Senior level SQL,.NET,Ruby,Python,PERL or other Web Programming Language.
6.Experience with Microsoft SQL,MySQL.
