Responsibilities
1.Support Windows 2008R2 and Windows 7 Environments.
2.Troubleshoot desktop,server and laptop hardware and software issues.
3.Troubleshoot and maintain wireless and wired networks.
4.Implement Security Best Practices as directed by management.
5.Document work effectively,including security and infrastrucrural issues.
6.Assist in adminisrration of Active Directory and Office365.
7.Support Factory Data Systems as required,including ERP connectivity.
8.Manage the procurement,tracking and lifecycle of all IT Hardware.
9.Produce Monthly Report of IT Issues,Improvements and Spending for Management Review.
10.Assist in Maintaining Microsoft Access Databases.
11.Assist in Maintaining Microsoft SQL Databases.
12.Monitor Backup and Data Archival Systems.
13.Strong willingness to participate as a member of a global team.
14.Maintain Antivirus and Secuirty Monitoring.
15.Be part of AgaMatrix Incident Response Team for Disaster Recovery.
16.Assist in the transition of legacy tools to SQL and IIS Applications.

Minimum Qualificatons
1.BS in Computer Science,Computer Engineering or Mathematics.
2.3+ Years experience supporting manufacturing facility as an IT Engineer or Help Desk Engineer.
3.Ability to communicate in Chinese & English.
4.Understanding of ITIL Best Practices or Equivalent.

Supplemental Qualifications
1.MCSE,A+,Network+,or ITIL Certification.
