RESPONSIBILITIES
The China Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing AgaMatrix’s human resources activities in PRC. Specific responsibilities include:
? With reference to the PRC company policy, design and implement human resource policy suitable for PRC, in compliance with various national and international standards, including ISO and FDA (including staff orientation, benefits, staff transportation, housing, canteen, performance review, discipline, training and career development etc.)
? Establish HR Information system (including employee’s information, payroll administration, tax administration etc.)
? Work with the management team to determine staffing requirements and generate new job descriptions and job postings
? Actively recruit and interview job candidates from industry, providing selection input to managers as needed
? Implement and oversee salary grades and compensation adjustments, perform compensation research and generate offer letters based on internal and external salary data
? Implement and oversee the employee review process
? Oversee benefits expansion programs and benefits administration
? Oversee and initiate employee training and development programs
? Perform terminations and conduct exit interviews
? Manage company employee relations initiatives
? Assist in M&A due diligence process in organization and personnel assessment, as well as HR policy gap analysis.
? Assist General Manager to drive organization integration upon completion of M&A.
QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
? 7 years in a Human Resources role with knowledge of labor laws in PRC and demonstrated experience in recruiting and benefits administration
? Factory Human Resources experience a must
? MNC experience, highly desirable
? Strong written and verbal communication skills, (Including English)
? Demonstrated working experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and the implementation of HRMS software
? Familiarity with ISO 13485:2003 and FDA (29 CFR 820) a plus
